2.2 Payment Policy:

• Full payment must be made before access to the course or membership is granted.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other digital payment gateways.
  2.3 Refund Policy:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
• Refunds are applicable only if the course or membership has not been utilized beyond 10% of its content.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period.

3. Course Access

3.1 Access Periods:

• The access duration varies by course or bundle and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
• Lifetime Access: Some courses offer lifetime access without expiration.
• Membership Plans: Courses under membership plans have fixed durations:
  • 1-Month Membership: 30 days of access.
  • 3-Month Membership: 90 days of access.
  • 6-Month Membership: 180 days of access.
• Specific organizations may customize membership durations for their students.
  3.2 Extensions and Renewals:
• Membership plans can be renewed upon expiration.
• For courses with fixed durations, users may extend their access by purchasing additional time if applicable.
  3.3 Postponement of Activation:
• Users may request to postpone activation within the first week of purchase, up to a maximum of 4 months.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Security:

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their usernames and passwords.
• Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
  4.2 Account Misuse:
• Any misuse, including the unauthorized sharing of course content, will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
  4.3 Organization-Specific Accounts:
• Organizations can create accounts for their students, and the terms of access will depend on the organization’s chosen plan.

5. Individual Lessons

5.1 Booking and Cancellations:

• Lessons must be booked within 4 months of purchase.
• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited.
  5.2 Teacher Obligations:
• Teachers are not obligated to provide additional materials unless explicitly agreed upon.
• If a teacher cannot deliver a lesson, a substitute or rescheduled session will be arranged.
  5.3 Student Obligations:
• Students are required to be punctual for lessons. Delays will not be compensated with extra time.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities:

• Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of content.
• Activities that disrupt the platform or compromise its security.
• Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior.
  6.2 Compliance: Users must adhere to all local and international laws while using Scuola Video LMS.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

7.1 Platform Availability:

• Scuola Video LMS strives to maintain uninterrupted access but does not guarantee error-free service at all times.
  7.2 Content Accuracy:
• Course materials are provided "as-is" and may be updated or modified periodically.
  7.3 Liability Limitation:
• Scuola Video LMS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.
